Lobhorn Trail

The cable car ride from Isenfluh up to Sulwald takes about 10 minutes. The trail begins directly behind the Sulwald-Stübli. Following the sign “Sulwald Circular Trail,” the path initially runs on a wide road until it turns right and begins the ascent. After a first gentle climb, the Sulwald Circular Trail separates from the Lobhorn Trail, which continues straight ahead. 

The Lobhorn Hut is staffed again from December 5.

Below the rock ridge Chüematta of the Schärihubel, you enter an eastern hollow, through which you climb directly up to the Lobhorn Hut (1954 m). After an approximately 2 km long marked ascent to the Lobhorn Hut, a magnificent view opens up over the Jungfrau area and the Lauterbrunnen valley.
