Circular walk: Affeier - Pifal - Markal - Meierhof - Cresta - Misanenga - Affeier

We describe the tour from Obersaxen Affeier. However, it can be started from many other places along the route. For example from Meierhof, Misanenga or Chummabüel.

From Affeier you first hike into the fairy-tale winter forest of Pifal. A little more sun-kissed, the route continues down over the meadows to Markal below Meierhof. Now the route leads to the large car park of the mountain railways in Meierhof. Now you go again relaxing along a small road with a lot of mountain panorama. Shortly under the Chummabial ski lift and continue to Misanenga. Before the Cresta settlement, the path turns left to Hotel Panorama. There, the kneecaps are tested on the short but steep path down. We are already back in Affeier.
