Circular trail Flanz

From Waltensburg Sumvitg via Darleu and Schetga, the hike leads past Lake Brigels and on via Planezzas along the Tschuppina golf course. The Brigels bathing lake, right next to the Brigels lake, provides cool refreshment. The 10-minute detour to the Flanz viewpoint rewards you with a spectacular panoramic view over the Surselva. Return via Plaun Datschin to reach the Casti Grotta/Kropfenstein. Via a small path (approx. 5 minutes' walk) you reach the castle below the road, which was built like an eagle's nest on the rock face (follow the signpost on the left-hand side of the road towards Waltensburg). Back on the connecting road between Waltensburg and Brigels, you return to Waltensburg Sumvitg.
