99 Eggli Run

The gondola takes you comfortably from the car-free chalet village of Gstaad up to the Eggli mountain station (1557 m above sea level). The valley run of the sledding path begins a few meters behind the cozy mountain restaurant, from whose sun terrace you can enjoy a great panoramic view. In the view of countless mountain peaks of the Bernese, Valais, Vaud, and Fribourg Alps, the Alpine pass Sanetsch and the Spitzhorn appear, among others.

The sledding path suitable for families and adventure sledders leads through cozy forests and the quiet mountain world of Gstaad. From above, the view extends into the side valleys of Turbach, Lauenen, and Gsteig. After about an hour of enjoyable ride, the sledding path, which is also used by hikers, ends in the Gstaad district of Grund.

From there, it goes back on foot to the Eggli valley station or to the center of the famous ski resort Gstaad. The return trip takes a few minutes.
