Weinfelden cycle tour

The Weinfelden cycle tour begins in Kreuzlingen's Seeburgpark and starts on the Lake Constance cycle path in the direction of Bottighofen. The route continues to Münsterlingen. From here, you leave the lake and cycle slightly above it on the section of the Panorama Cycle Path to Altnau.

As your tour progresses, you cycle to Langrickenbach and on to Birwinken, with a wonderful Alpine panorama on your right. Shortly after Berg, you follow the Pilgrims' Cycle Route 41 past orchards to Weinfelden, along the Ottenberg. The route is mostly flat and leads you to your destination.

Once you arrive in Weinfelden, the historic old town awaits you, inviting you to linger. With a view of the vineyards on the Ottenberg, you pass the charming Bachtobel castle estate.

The route heads back uphill a good way along Bachtobelstrasse in a north-westerly direction until you reach the center of Hugelshofen. From here, the route continues past the Protestant church onto Mannenmühlestrasse, then along Greestrasse to Schwaderloh and from here along Kreuzlingerstrasse to Lake Constance in Kreuzlingen.
