Description
In Switzerland, there are more than 500 Vita Parcours. They offer an uncomplicated way to exercise outdoors. The trim paths include 15 stations with a total of 43 exercises. At each training device, there is a blue display board showing the exercises. "Yellow" activities promote dexterity or mobility, "red" strength, and "turquoise" endurance.
