Description
The hike starts at Dornach-Arlesheim station and soon passes the Arlesheim Cathedral and the Ermitage, the largest English landscape garden in Switzerland. Then it continues over the Schönmatt (recommended in spring during the blossoming season) to Gempenturm (Schartenflue). Here the excursion restaurant with its large terrace invites you to relax. The hike then continues via Gempen to Hochwald and finally to Seewen. At the end, a visit to the Music Box Museum is recommended.
