Safiental rock tunnel tour

Start in the small village of Versam. You cycle almost exclusively on the little-used main road into the Safiental. Don't forget to pack your bike light, because you have to cross a road tunnel about 1.8 kilometres long. But no, that's not why we called it the Rock Tunnel Tour. You experience it in a beautiful way on the opposite side. From the reservoir in Egschi, you first drive slightly uphill along a beautiful forest road - and evenly, through these wildly romantic rock tunnels. Only at about 300 metres does the trail become narrow and the bike should be pushed at one point. Otherwise, the route is not difficult. Even (e)-bikers with little technical ability will enjoy riding here.

Pure trail fun awaits you from Parstogn to Versamer Tobel. The natural flow trail, about one kilometre long, is really great fun and can be ridden easily and smoothly by most people. Now you have to return to the village of Versam. But yes, you can manage these 180 metres in altitude in about 20 minutes.

If you arrive by train, you have to add about 300 metres in altitude after the start and ride up the Bahnhofstrasse to the village. In principle, however, you can also take the post bus to the Egschi stop in the Safiental. This would make this loop an easy Enduro adventure tour.
