With snowshoes to Alp Miez from Andiast/Waltensburg

The run-in was yesterday. It's straight down to business across the pastures between Waltensburg/Curtginet and Andiast. At Cumpadials you meet the groomed winter hiking trail that leads into Val Ladral. After about one kilometer, leave this path and turn right onto the NW slope to Alp Miez. The view from the alp is phenomenal and invites you to take a long break.

We now enter the forest of Con Ault via the flat forest clearing of Plaun da Tiarms. This is a wildlife sanctuary. Leaving the route is not permitted here in winter. But that doesn't matter, because we soon enter free and open pastures again, which lead us down to the starting point.
