Mariastein Monastery & Landskron Ruin

Although this route does not take place on Baselbieter soil, it offers a top panorama from the viewing platform of the Landskron ruin (F). Sundgau, the rear Leimental, Basel, and also a good part of Baselbiet lie at your feet. The Mariastein monastery is a pilgrimage site of national importance and finally the Rodersdorf small station is a piece of contemporary history of the lively Leimental "Bähnli" culture.
