kneipp trail

The Kneipp path starts at the church in Acletta. During a visit to the cool church, we get in the mood for the trail. Then we read the information board in front of the church, which provides information about Sebastian Kneipp. On the way, other information boards point out refreshing or restorative Kneipp treatments. We bathe our elbows in the cold fountain water, lie in the meadow just to listen and smell, or walk with bare feet over pine cones. As a finale, we have a stream crossing ahead of us, secured with a rope. A guaranteed tingling experience. We stay on the left side of the stream and walk to the viewpoint at Clavau Su, where we have a beautiful panoramic view of the mountain and the valley.
