Jakobshorn Bergstation – Stadlersee – Sertig-Dörfli

For the hike you take the Jakobshorn cable car to the mountain station. From the mountain station you first hike comfortably on a wide road in the direction of the Jatzhütte. Pass the Jatzhütte on the left and follow the signs in the direction of Sertig-Dörfli. After a short ascent on the wide path you will pass the Stadlersee. Here it is worthwhile to take a short break on a bench and enjoy the view. At Stadlersee there is also a barbecue area (wood available). Then you continue on a narrow hiking trail, which is a bit stony at first, but always easy to walk on. The whole way offers a magnificent view of the Sertig valley and the surrounding mountains. After the stony part, it becomes greener and greener around the trail and you walk through magnificent fields full of alpine roses. The last part leads through a forest full of larches and stone pines before you see the small village of Sertig in front of you. At the end there is another wide road that leads to the road of the Sertig valley. Only a few meters to the destination. Right next to the bus stop is the Restaurant Bergführer, which offers local specialties. You can get back to Davos comfortably by post bus.
