Circuit Trail of Degersheim

Along the Rond om Tegersche educational trail, you can take a leisurely walk through history and listen to stories that are both entertaining and authentic, interesting and educational. The journey is just as important as the destination, covering topics such as geology, history, culture, commerce, tourist highlights and much more. The trail starts in the village at the train station. It then follows Steineggstrasse to the Freudenberg. In Föhrenwäldli there is a barbecue area with playground where you can take a break from the upward ascent and enjoy the wonderful view over the village. The circuit trail now continues along the Taa Forest in the direction of Wolfensberg and is easily accessible with a pram or wheelchair.   

The actual circuit trail then branches off to the left when you reach the forest. There is another information board on the additional loop around the Hornberg. The trail continues through the forest via Lindenhof to Käh. Shortly after Weierwiesbach, you reach the last section on Bahnhofsstrasse.
