Bussalp - Rasthysi - Bort (Nr. 51 & 56)

The sunny Bussalp above Grindelwald is the starting point for this family-friendly ridge hike. Buses to the Bussalp run every hour from the Grindelwald train station. The trail passes alpine huts and clearings on the way to Bort, the middle station of the First Aerial Cableway. When the terrain opens up, you are often treated to a wonderful view of the unforgettable panorama. And don’t forget your sledge! The trail’s constant ups and downs mean that a sledge comes in handy on some sections. The Bussalp as well as the whole First area is a sledger’s paradise with lots of possibilities for combining of hiking and sledging.
