773 Wispile - Gsteig

The gondola lift takes you comfortably up to the Wispile mountain station. The easy hike leads along a beautiful winter hiking trail along the ridge. The route offers the walker a fantastic view of the mountain panorama. At Chrinetritt, the trail descends towards Gsteig. Along various forest sections, the path winds its way to Gsteig. Once you reach the bottom of the valley, you can see the church and the neighbouring Hotel Bären with its traditionally painted façade. From here the post bus takes you back to the Wispile valley station. It is also possible to start this winter hiking trail in Gsteig and hike up to the Chrinetritt. Then follow the ridge to the Wispile mountain station. Please note the bus timetable and the cable car operating hours.
