1 - Circular route Sunnbüel - Stock

The easy snowshoe circular hike starts and ends at the Sunnbüel mountain station. From the Sunnbüel mountain station, it goes briefly under the gondola uphill, steadily descending slightly along the ridge towards Stock. Through shrubbery and open forest, you repeatedly have a beautiful view into the Gasterntal. At the old station of the Stockbahn, a wonderful panoramic view opens up to the village of Kandersteg and into the Mittelland. The return route from Stock leads via "Wintertäli", which has its name for a reason, always uphill towards the Spiezerhütte. Afterwards, it is not far to the starting point at the Sunnbüel mountain station.
