Suggested route
Rapperswil was already a popular stopover for travelers in the Middle Ages, as Lake Zurich lies on the historic pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela. Where once a simple boardwalk spanned the lake, today an 841-metre-long wooden bridge on 233 piles leads across the water to Hurden and invites you to take a special walk.
Before or after the walk along the Obersee adventure trail, you can enjoy a delicious meal with a view of the lake in the Cou Cou restaurant.
