Villa Boveri

The architect Karl Moser built the villa in 1896 and 1897 and Evariste Mertens laid out the park in the style of an English or "wild" landscape garden. Until the First World War, the park was extended in several stages with a garden house, an economy building, a second part of the park with a neo-baroque terraced garden, an indoor riding hall, a garden hall and a bathing hall with a swimming pool.
