Rigi First Alpine Cheese Dairy

Description

During the summer months, the milk from over 200 alpine cows is processed on site into unique cheese specialties. You can watch the cheese being made and get a glimpse into the cheese cellar. Guided tours are available upon request.

Our welcoming shop is open year-round, offering alpine cheese, raclette, and alpine butter. In summer, you’ll also find "Mutschli", yogurt, crème fraîche, buttermilk, and whey drinks.
