Laupen Castle

With its unique location, Laupen Castle offers a marvellous panorama: in good weather conditions, visitors have a view of the Chasseral, the Jura mountains, the Bernese Alps and the Stockhorn range. In addition to this impressive view, the majestic castle complex offers plenty of space and opportunities for explorers of all ages. Laupen Castle Museum regularly organises permanent and special exhibitions on selected topics, such as the Laupen War. During the summer months, the magnificent Knights' Hall, the vaulted cellar and the cage tower can be visited on a tour of the castle walls.

Tip for ultimate castle fans: you can even spend the night in the castle, have a civil wedding or celebrate. The castle rooms can also be hired out for private functions and corporate events.
