Gijtipong "Gap" Thangsubutr is a coffee expert and barista with heart and soul. He offers around 100 different coffee beans in his bar. If you want to learn how to prepare them to perfection, you can either take a closer look - the bar offers the perfect view over the baristas' shoulders - or attend one of the training courses on offer. Either way, a visit to Gap, the two-time Swiss champion in latte art, is well worth it!
