Bäckerei-Konditorei Bürgi has been an integral part of Lengnau AG for over 40 years and has now also been in Bad Zurzach since summer 2024. We stand for traditional craftsmanship and the highest quality. Our bread is crispy and fresh because we give our doughs long resting times, which makes them particularly digestible.

We are passionate about producing artistic patisserie and fine baked goods that promise maximum enjoyment. We use regional ingredients and rely on tried and tested production methods to always offer you the best quality.
