The crème de la crème of Ticino producers travels for one day to the Limmat city to present the classics of gastronomic tradition: polenta, bread cake, and Merlot are the essence of Ticino cuisine—but not only that. You will also taste many other delicious sweet and savoury specialties, reinterpreted or presented in unusual combinations that are still unfamiliar to the wider public. Along the 9-kilometre route, 7 culinary stops await you, leading to noteworthy and sometimes lesser-known corners of the city of Zurich. The easy circular route is suitable for everyone and allows you to taste and enjoy Ticino from breakfast to dessert.
