Excursion «Wildlife at dawn» | UNESCO Biosphäre Entlebuch

Description

Wild animals enjoy their peace and quiet in the Tannhorn federal hunting ban area. As an early riser, you can lie in wait at dawn and use binoculars and a telescope to observe all kinds of ‘wildlife’ on the scree-covered flanks of the Brienzergrat.

Requirements: Easy hike for early risers, also suitable for families with children.

Meeting point: 6.15 am at the Salwideli mountain inn, Sörenberg

Duration: approx. 5 hours, of which approx. 2.5 hours hiking time. End of the excursion (Sörenberg) approx. 11.15 a.m.

Equipment: hiking boots, warm clothes, rain protection, picnic (lunch), binoculars (telescope available)
