100 at the Table - Dinner with medieval dishes

Enjoy a medieval dinner on Saturday, September 6, starting at 7:30 p.m., under the arcades of the historic building on Piazza Collegiata, the headquarters of Bellinzona and Valli Turismo. Only 100 exclusive seats at the table for an evening of culinary delights. The menu will feature dishes from the cookbook of Maestro Martino, a Blenio chef born in 1430. Few know his real name: Martino de Rubeis, also known as Martino de Rossi (Rubeis in Latin = red).
